4. Liver Qi Stagnation Type
Manifestations include depression, distending pain in the hypochondrium, chest tightness, bitter taste in the mouth, insomnia with excessive dreaming, red tongue, and wiry pulse. Commonly seen in those with emotional distress.
5. Damp-Heat Accumulation Type
Manifestations include fullness and discomfort in the chest and hypochondrium, bitter taste in the mouth, poor appetite, scrotal swelling and itching, dark yellow urine, yellow and greasy tongue coating, and slippery and rapid pulse. Commonly seen in those who crave rich, sweet, and spicy foods.
II. Massage Sites and Acupoints
Before intercourse, massage the area around the anus, groin, inner thighs, lower abdomen, and scrotum.
For premature ejaculation due to Yin deficiency and excessive fire, frequent massage (primarily self-massage, supplemented by massage from the wife) of extra acupoints in the perineum such as Yumen, Yuquan, Shimao, and Yangshi, as well as acupoints in the Chong meridian such as Huiyin, Qichong, and Shiguan.

For premature ejaculation due to damp-heat accumulation, frequent massage of acupoints on the Ren Meridian, such as Huiyin, Zhongji, Guanyuan, Shenque, and Yinjiao, and points on the Du Meridian, such as Yaoyangguan, Yaoshu, and Shendao, is recommended.

Massage Treatment for Nocturnal Emission
Nocturnal emission is a condition characterized by the involuntary ejaculation of semen without sexual intercourse. Clinically, it is commonly classified into several types, including heart-kidney disharmony, damp-heat accumulation in the lower body, overwork damaging the heart and spleen, and weak seminal control.

For those with frigidity due to deficiency of the Mingmen fire, massage the extra acupoints on the perineum: Shi Tou, Guan Men, Quan Yin, and the acupoints on the Bladder Meridian of Foot Taiyang, such as Shen Shu, Qi Hai Yu, San Jiao Yu, and Hui Yang.
