ED is the first sign of a lifestyle-related disease and the secret of ring finger length.
39. Erectile dysfunction (ED) is the first sign of lifestyle-related diseases.
In Japan, adult men make up 24% (estimated population 11.3 million), of whom 20% are over 40, 40% are over 50, and 80% are over 60, are presumed to have erectile dysfunction (ED). The book mentions an NHK special, "Men and Women ~ The Latest Scientific Interpretation of Sex," which also discusses at length the deterioration of human sperm.
Amidst a declining birth rate, the prevalence of unmarried individuals, erectile dysfunction (ED), and declining sperm counts... what does the future hold for Japan?
However, ED refers not only to complete lack of erection, but also to insufficient erection, poor erection duration, failure to achieve an erection on one occasion out of several attempts, and so on.
I was invited as a guest speaker at the Japanese Urological Association meeting in Nagoya, and I also spoke with renowned experts in the ED Society magazine, which deepened my knowledge of ED.
At a recent symposium on anti-aging medicine held at Appi Kogen in Iwate Prefecture, I witnessed Professor Shigeo Horie, the head of the Department of Urology at Imperial University School of Medicine, offer his insightful perspectives on erectile dysfunction (ED).
According to Mr. Horie, erectile dysfunction (ED) is the first lifestyle-related disorder to be noticed. That is, ED should not be regarded as a simple erectile dysfunction, but rather as a vascular endothelial disorder.
The arteries in the penis are quite thin compared to the arteries of the heart or the carotid arteries, making them the first to be affected by arteriosclerosis. In other words, the appearance of symptoms of erectile dysfunction (ED) indicates that there is already narrowing of the penile arteries, and at the same time, it suggests that other arteries may also have narrowed and hardened.
Because diseases such as hyperlipidemia, hypertension, and diabetes often do not initially cause noticeable symptoms, the symptoms often gradually worsen without the patient's awareness. However, erectile dysfunction (ED) does have clearly noticeable symptoms.
If you suspect you have erectile dysfunction (ED), it's advisable to get your lifestyle health indicators checked. Improving your lifestyle can unlock many possibilities.
40. Is the length of the right ring finger an indicator of male vitality?
The fact that "finger length depends on the amount of sex hormones the fetus is exposed to during fetal development" is now widely known. That is, in the mother's womb, where there is a high level of estrogen (female hormone), the index finger is longer than the ring finger, and in the mother's womb, where there is a high level of testosterone (male hormone), the ring finger is longer than the index finger.
However, a study published in 1998 by Dr. Manning, an animal behaviorist at the University of Liverpool in the UK, showed that the larger the ratio of the ring finger to the index finger of the right hand, the higher the level of testosterone in men, the more sperm they have, and the better their sperm quality (incidentally, it seems to have nothing to do with the left hand).
I've mentioned these things at lectures aimed at men, and afterwards, quite a few interesting people would specifically approach me at social gatherings and show me their fingers, saying, "My ring finger has a single joint." This shows they listened attentively to the lecture and felt incredibly gratified.
A Cambridge University study of 44 businessmen working in London concluded that those with ring fingers longer than index fingers earned an average of approximately 78 million yen more per person than those with shorter ring fingers. Does earning power also depend on the ratio of the ring finger to the index finger?
Furthermore, people with longer ring fingers have more developed areas of the brain that control mathematics, while people with longer index fingers have more developed areas of the brain that control language.
To portray sexy fingers
Since fingers are an important indicator of male vitality, it's understandable that women pay attention to a man's fingertips. In other words, your fingers are unknowingly completely under a woman's gaze. Here's a suggestion: could we give these two points enough attention in our daily lives?
① Trim your nails frequently
Nail care is common for women, and men also value regular nail trimming. Nails are typically replaced every six months. It's crucial to avoid cutting them too close to the skin, as this can make them more susceptible to injury and infection. When washing your hands, it's recommended to use a nail brush to maintain cleaner nails.
② Moisturizing
Apply hand cream before bed. Keratin, the protein that makes up nails, is dead protein, and external nourishment won't be absorbed. However, preventing dry nails is essential for maintaining beautiful nails. Moisturizing will make your hands supple and radiant.
Please give these a try, no matter what. Also, when you have free time, try stretching your right ring finger, even if it's just a little bit longer. It's never too late to start; it might even help cultivate your masculine vitality!
Adolescence Section: Acne, Nocturnal Emissions, and the Dangers of Jeans
Acne during puberty is related to androgens, diet, and stress; improper care can easily lead to scarring. Nocturnal emission can be physiological or pathological; frequent nocturnal emission requires treatment. Tight jeans can negatively impact reproductive health and should be avoided.

Premature ejaculation is defined as an ejaculation latency period of less than 2 minutes, which can be caused by both psychological and organic factors. Penile flaccidity during intercourse is also a sign of erectile dysfunction. Lower back pain is not necessarily due to kidney deficiency; it's necessary to rule out conditions such as herniated discs.

Prolonged sitting leads to poor blood circulation in the perineum, which can easily cause prostatitis and erectile dysfunction. The discharge of white fluid from the urethra during defecation is a sign of chronic prostatitis, which can often be improved through lifestyle adjustments. Whether prostatitis can be cured depends on accurate diagnosis and treatment.
